It’s official: Stacey Abrams recently secured the Democratic nomination for Governor of Georgia.

Stacey is a fighter. She believes that opportunity and success shouldn’t depend on what neighborhood you grew up in, your family’s background, or the schools you attended — we have that in common.

We also both believe in the inalienable right to vote. Colorado has some of the highest voter turnout in the nation thanks to accessible voting, and we’re a stronger state for it. But because of ongoing attacks on voting rights in Georgia and the GOP fundraising machine, Stacey is facing an uphill battle.

The best defense against these attacks is electing pro-democracy leaders up and down the ballot across the nation. Right now, the National GOP and Donald Trump are going all-in on Georgia, but I’ve seen what this team is capable of in critical moments, so I have a personal request:
