John,
In a moment, I will ask you to please contribute to my campaign before our May deadline. But first, I wanted to reach out personally to give you an update on all of the recent developments in our race.
Elise Stefanik has been in the headlines non-stop this month, claiming she’s proud to be “ultra-MAGA” before proving her MAGA credentials by leaning into QAnon conspiracy theories and doubling down on her campaign ads promoting the same “replacement theory” that inspired violence in our state.
Yeah, I know, it’s a lot!
If all that wasn’t enough, CNN is reporting that the buzz at Mar-a-Lago is that Donald Trump is seriously considering making Stefanik his running mate in 2024.
Suddenly Stefanik’s decision to up the ante on her deplorable behavior in recent weeks makes more sense.
And if all that isn’t bad enough, Stefanik and Trump are teaming up next week for a fundraiser where tickets go as high as $25,000.
But here’s the good news: the new district maps were released last week, and Elise Stefanik is more vulnerable than ever given how extreme she has become. This race is winnable if we have the resources to compete.
I’ll be honest, I don’t have the connections to raise as much as Stefanik has. Instead, I’m relying on folks like you to give what you can. Will you please ensure that we have the resources to stop Stefanik at the ballot box this November by pitching in $10 or $25 today?

Thanks for joining me on this wild ride,
Matt
