Look. Our campaign right now is in a tough spot — redistricting has cut out a large part of Jamaal's supporter-base in the historically Black Co-op City, they've also removed Jamaal's middle school CASA from the district.

Just a few days ago, another challenger entered the race in an attempt to unseat Jamaal. She dedicated nearly half of her launch announcement to explicitly attacking him and his reputation as a champion for working people.

And last quarter, we fell short of our goal and were significantly outraised by our conservative, establishment opponent. We can’t let this happen again — and with a little help from supporters like you, I know we can catch up in time.
