I’m as horrified as anyone by how far Republicans will go to obstruct our democracy.
 
They tried to overturn the 2020 election -- and incited a violent insurrection when they failed.
 
They’ve introduced more than 400 bills to suppress voters -- especially in communities of color.
 
They’ve backed candidates for office who have vowed to overturn future Democratic wins.
 
That’s why iVote’s work to elect strong Secretaries of State has never been more vital. And why I’m asking you to contribute to that work by making a donation toward their End of Month Deadline.
 
In 2018, iVote elected pro-voting Secretaries of State in Arizona and Michigan -- and those victories had a direct impact on President Biden’s wins in those states two years later.

Now, the ones we elect in Michigan, Arizona, Georgia, and beyond will determine who runs the next presidential election. iVote was created in 2014 with one goal: secure voting rights for all Americans.

Rather than take on challenges in the court after unfair laws have passed, iVote plays defense on voter suppression efforts AND goes on offense to secure and expand access to voting.

Going on offense in 2022 is critical. We have the chance to elect Secretaries of State that will protect our elections for years to come. But Republicans are already suppressing and blocking certain citizens from exercising their fundamental right to vote.
