Every week, for the next few weeks, the Supreme Court will be releasing opinions on the cases they’ve heard this term. And we all know that in the next few weeks, the SCOTUS is all but certain to either drastically chip away at or completely overturn Roe v. Wade.

I couldn’t be more clear about this: Choice and the right to a safe, legal abortion is on the ballot this November.

Americans shouldn’t have to wake up every week wondering whether this will be the week that Roe is overturned. It’s past time to codify the protections granted under Roe into federal law and abolish the filibuster. With your help, this November we will finally be able to do just that.
