There are real issues facing our communities, but Maine Republicans would rather engage in culture wars instead of helping the people that live here.

John,

The Maine GOP has proved time and time again that they’re far more interested in furthering their culture wars than actually paying attention to the issues that Mainers care about.

In a time where people are struggling with inflation and worried about upcoming Supreme Court decisions, Maine Republicans have chosen to proudly rally behind a platform that’s openly anti-LGBTQ, anti-abortion, anti-education, anti-worker and so much more.

There are real issues facing our communities, but Maine Republicans would rather engage in culture wars instead of helping the people that live here. I believe we need to elect Democrats who are ready to keep working on the issues that matter. Chip in $5 now.

Paul LePage is the perfect candidate to lead the Maine GOP’s culture wars. The Trump wanna-be has the support of Republicans and the radical right nationwide. His tax dollars supported legislation like the Don’t Say Gay law in Florida after he moved there — and took his Maine taxpayer funded pension with him.

Now, Maine Republicans are getting ready to bring those types of ideas and more to every corner of the state in this election. We need to tell the GOP to get to work on what Mainers actually need, not their outdated beliefs.

Will you join me in rallying behind Democrats who are ready to work on the issues Mainers actually care about? Donate any amount you can.

Thank you,

Drew
