Republicans are seriously confident in their ability to take back the House this year – and they’ve got energy and hundreds of millions in special interest money on their side.

If Democrats lose the House, you can be sure Republicans will do everything they can to gut voting rights, criminalize reproductive care nationwide, and give tax cuts to their wealthy friends.

The stakes are too high to be complacent. That’s why I’m doing everything I can to ensure Morgan wins this race and does his part to keep the House in Democratic control.

But I’m not taking anything for granted, either. We know just how hard the GOP will fight for its backward, anti-democracy policies to take over.
