It's clearer than ever that the six conservative justices are turning the U.S. Supreme Court into an explicitly political body. The chair of the NDRC, former Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Jr., has gone as far as to say that “The Supreme Court [is putting] its legitimacy at risk.”
