For many people, things are slowing down for the holidays. During the holidays our grassroots donations slow down too.

As a freelance writer, my holidays are a little more stressful. When outlets slow down, I don’t get paid.

Many working class San Franciscans are in my same situation. Low wage jobs are growing at the same rate as high wage jobs in our city. Income inequality is rising.

This is exactly why I support Shahid for Change.
