We invite you to join us as we get a 2020 RNC Update from Charlotte in 2020 COO Towers Mingledorff TONIGHT. Social is from 6:30 to 7:00 with the meeting starting at 7:00 pm.
Towers Mingledorff serves as Chief Operating Officer for the Charlotte 2020 Host Committee. He first moved to North Carolina to work for the Governor Romney for President campaign. After the 2012 election cycle, Towers worked at the N.C. General Assembly, assisting Sen. Brent Jackson and Sen. Andrew Brock. He then moved to Washington, D.C. in 2015 to work for Rep. David Rouzer, followed by Sen. Thom Tillis in 2016. After two years of working with Sen. Tillis, Towers joined SAS, the analytics software company, based in Cary. He is originally from northern Florida and graduated from the George Washington University. Towers is married with two children.
Charlotte 2020 is the host committee for the upcoming RNC, and seeks to put on a successful convention that showcases our great city, creates opportunities for our residents and engages the entire community. Mr. Mingledorff will walk us through the process, and the logistics of bringing the national spotlight to Charlotte in 2020. Most importantly, he will share how we can best serve the committee and get involved. This is not an event you will want to miss! We look forward to seeing everyone!
