It’s so inspiring to know that there is a growing movement for Jen’s campaign and our efforts to flip this seat back to blue after holding it for 70 of the last 76 years.
I wanted to take a moment to talk to you about the Jen Schultz I get to see every day on the campaign trail. She is one of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. We launched this campaign in the peak of the Minnesota legislative session, and she has worked day and night to keep the campaign going and still represent Duluth in St. Paul.
Jen also cares deeply about the people she’s running to represent. She and her family have been members of the northern Minnesota community for decades, and she wants to take the hopes and dreams of her neighbors to Washington and create real, lasting change.
Probably most importantly, though, is Jen is an honest and fair person. She listens to her colleagues, her constituents, her family, and more, and takes all of their concerns into consideration as she leads.
We need more folks like Jen Schultz in Congress, writing legislation with honest intentions and voting on behalf of the people in her district, not well-connected lobbyists and big corporations.
