Friend,
Last week marked 50 years since the U.S. put a man on the moon, and
With Honor wants to commemorate this milestone anniversary of one of
America's biggest achievements. The Apollo 11 mission was honored in
Washington D.C. by projecting its image on the Washington
Monument:
This celebration of an important moment in our nation's history is
also a reminder that we can tackle challenges when we work
together.
If we want to do great things, this century's version of
putting a man on the moon, we need people in office who can come
together and fix our broken politics. The veterans that With Honor
helps are committed to working across the aisle and putting country
first.
We created a petition to express the
importance of electing principled veterans so that our country can
bring back the moonshot spirit. If you agree, sign on now!
The Wall Street Journal's chief economics commentator
describes how the moonshot mind-set once came from the government.
However, the government has stopped taking the big risks needed to
solve our country's biggest challenges. Congress gets too distracted
by partisanship to focus on the biggest issues facing our nation --
the type of problems that will only be solved with cross-partisan
cooperation.
With your help, we can build a movement capable of something big,
something we can be proud of -- our century's version of putting a man
on the moon.
Add your name to our call for electing
principled veterans to Congress!
Thank you,
The With Honor PAC Team
