Hi John,
I am so pleased to share with you your impact report for 2021.
However you contributed,
whether by donating, taking action online or on the streets, or spreading the word, your support is vital to the progress we’ve made. Your kindness and solidarity help challenge the root causes of inequality and injustice, and make everything Global Justice Now achieves possible, so thank you.

Our research, protests and stunts received more media coverage over the last year than ever before. In a challenging political environment, we exposed big corporations profiteering from the pandemic and the climate crisis, and spread the evidence for a better, fairer system to new and wider audiences. We are making sure the tired objections of the powerful cannot dominate the narrative amongst an ever-growing movement for change.
Together we adapted to changing circumstances throughout the year to give our campaigns their best chance. We continued to organise online, and also rose to the challenge of mobilising with social distancing, so that we could make our voices heard whilst keeping each other safe. When we could, we took to the streets en masse to call for a better system.
As vaccine apartheid grew we fought even harder against the inequalities of the big pharma monopoly model, and we brought attention to the pandemic's dire consequences for countries with impossible debt burdens.
We mobilised around the G7
and COP26 conferences to remind our government, and those of rich countries, of their responsibilities. We highlighted the structural changes we need to tackle the climate crisis, and raised awareness of the dangers of corporate courts to progressive climate policy.
