This is absolutely disgusting — days after a mass shooting in a Texas elementary school, Donald Trump has the nerve to take the stage at the National Rifle Association’s annual conference to talk about how “important” guns are to America and its citizens.   

Here’s the deal: Donald Trump and gun-toting MAGA Members of Congress have the blood of countless Americans on their hands. They care more about appealing to the NRA – and their countless dollars of support –  than they do about the lives of elementary school children.

Well folks, we can't just stand by while Trump stands behind that podium waving his tiny hands around and spreading his BIG lies. It’s past time for us to fight back against the GOP-supported violence we see every day in this country. 

That’s why we’re coming to you to ask for your help in expanding our House Majority so we can take a stand against the NRA and the gun lobby in Washington. So right now, while that loser is on stage telling his lies, will you chip in $25 to help us shut him and his cronies up come November?

We know life has been heartbreaking recently. The lives of our fellow Americans have been shattered day after day. As soon as we think we’ve grieved for one loss we hear of another mass shooting. 

But as hopeless as things feel right now we, MUST stand up to liars like Trump and the NRA and not back down – not ever.  Otherwise, they’ll think they can just walk away from the deaths they’re responsible for scot-free. 

We can’t let that happen. 

But to fight back we need to make sure we have as strong a position in Congress as possible. And that means expanding our House Majority in this year’s election and electing candidates who will put an end to this gun violence crisis. That’s why we need you to chip in $25, or anything you can spare, to help us make sure we win when it counts.
