With the 2022 primaries underway. candidates like Jamie McCleod-Skinner and Summer Lee are proving that progressive people power can beat Big Money Super PACs and knock Manchin Dems out of Congress.

Even though Democratic leadership has lined up behind corporatist incumbents who blocked President Biden’s Build Back Better Bill, enemies of progress like Kurt Schrader and Carolyn Bourdeaux will not be returning to Washington.

Which brings us to Texas. This week, we scored some big wins — Our Revolution member Jasmine Crockett won her primary runoff for Congress by defeating yet another corporate Democrat, and Michelle Vallejo is currently leading her razor tight contest with less than 23 votes!

And critically, Our Revolution-backed Jessica Cisneros is down 177 votes in her race which hasn’t been called. Even as the far right attacks abortion rights and young children die at the hands of easily obtained assault weapons, Nancy Pelosi and Democratic Whip Jim Clyburn had the audacity to campaign for anti-choice, pro-NRA “Dem” Henry Cuellar.

The Democratic establishment and Big Money Super PACs are gunning for progressives. With primaries in CA, NY, IL and NV this month, we need your help to fund our voter mobilization efforts!
