Now that the primary is over, our sole focus must be on defending and expanding our Democratic majorities in November. Georgia is the most important battleground state in the country, and according to FiveThirtyEight, my U.S. House seat is the most competitive in the state.

The balance of power in the U.S. House may come down to my seat alone. So please, will you split $25 between my campaign and the Democratic Party of Georgia to keep Georgia and the House blue?

Republicans have engaged in a blatant ploy to rig our systems of government in order to stay in power. They’re packing the courts with radicals. They’re storming the Capitol to try and overturn presidential election results. They’re passing voter suppression bills at the state level, like the one they made law here in Georgia.

And they’re trying to win enough power in the U.S. House and Senate to roll back voting rights nationwide.

That’s why they’re so obsessed with winning my seat, because it’s one of their only real shots at flipping the House red. And here’s the frightening thing: their plan might work.

They’ve succeeded in putting my seat in danger already. And if we lose my seat, Democrats WILL lose the House.

So please, will you split $25 between my campaign and the Democratic Party of Georgia to defend our rights from Republican attacks and keep Georgia blue?
