John – The Supreme Court's conservative majority has proven itself to be no friend of fair redistricting – or democracy.

The Washington Post reported that "After a redistricting cycle that initially went better than expected for Democrats, the conservative Supreme Court has bolstered Republican efforts to reverse that trend." And A.G. Holder added:

"The Supreme Court continues to put its legitimacy at risk. Its ongoing willingness to act in an inconsistent manner and to ignore precedent raises real questions about its functioning."

Now Republicans are trying to stack state courts like they stacked the Supreme Court. But you can help us stop them – rush a donation today

See, state courts have stood in the way of the GOP's efforts to gerrymander maps, and Republicans don't like it one bit. So the GOP is spending big money in judicial elections this year with the hope that state courts will then not impose limits on Republican gerrymandering.

The GOP is being very open about their strategy, which gives us a chance to block them . But your help can't come soon enough, John.

Will you chip in to help us FIGHT BACK against Republicans’ anti-democratic efforts to remove any obstacles to their gerrymandering?
