John,

Yesterday, McDonald's executives and investors were counting their billions in profits and dividends at their annual shareholders meeting.

Me? I'm counting the number of strikes. Chicago. Los Angeles. Miami. Tampa. Detroit. Houston. St. Louis. Raleigh. Orlando. Our movement is big and growing, and we're not stopping until we get the dignity and respect we deserve. Spread the word now >> [[link removed]]

Their shareholders meeting was just a few miles but a whole world away from the McDonald's where I work. They don't know how hot that kitchen is or how long I have to be on my feet. They don't seem to care about the fact that we're paid poverty wages and most of us don’t get paid sick or vacation days.

McDonald's made their money off the backs of exploited workers like me. And they still refuse to take accountability for widespread sexual harassment, racial discrimination, violence towards workers, and union busting. That's why we're demanding fair pay, fair treatment, and a union.

We've already staged FOURTEEN walkouts at McDonald's stores around the country, and we're just getting started. Share our fight now >> [[link removed]]

In solidarity,

Catalina Frausto
