On Tuesday night, three more AIPAC-backed candidates won their Democratic primary elections.

Pro-Israel Democrat Rep. Henry Cuellar defeated his Bernie Sanders, AOC and J Street-backed opponent. Rep. Lucy McBath defeated her J Street-backed opponent. And Rep. David Scott defeated his Bernie Sanders-backed opponent.

In the past month, we’ve helped elect seven pro-Israel Democrats in key primary races!

I want to thank you for your leadership and support of our long-term political fight to keep Congress pro-Israel.

We were honored to host the Kingdom of Bahrain's Ambassador to the U.S. Shaikh Abdulla bin Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa for a historic event this week highlighting the growing ties between the U.S., Israel and Bahrain. 

"I hope that me being here really sheds a light on what has been achieved so far with the Abraham Accords," Ambassador Shaikh Abdulla bin Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa said.

"Egypt and Saudi Arabia have been holding talks for a while now on transfer of those two Red Sea islands from Egypt to Saudi Arabia... Those islands carry with them a multi-national security force to ensure there is no impediment to Israeli ships sailing through the Red Sea," said Senior U.S. Correspondent Mike Wagenheim.

Ahead of Israel's Jerusalem Day, Yossi Klein Halevi joins AIPAC to share a piece he published in The Atlantic on the 50th anniversary of the 1967 Six Day War and reunification of Jerusalem.

"They climbed to the top of the building and victoriously fastened the Israeli flag onto a pole topped with an Islamic crescent. Except then the flag was quickly and unceremoniously lowered...It is, in retrospect, an astonishing moment of religious restraint."

AIPAC hosted Jarrod Bernstein and Rich Goldberg, co-hosts of Jewish Insider's "Limited Liability Podcast," in New York for an event with AIPAC membership this week.

Jarrod and Rich discussed Iran policy on Capitol Hill, the pro-Israel community's involvement in key races this election cycle, and what it's like to host a talk show with someone from across the political aisle. The conversation was moderated by AIPAC's Annie Watman.
