This year, more anti-abortion laws have been passed in states than ever before. In 2022, the Supreme Court is more likely than ever to overturn Roe v. Wade because of Donald Trump's handpicked justices. Our freedom and bodily autonomy are under attack and it's terrifying.

I know how important reproductive justice is. I'm proud to say that I helped pass the most progressive reproductive health equity act in the nation. It ensures that every person in Oregon who needs an abortion has access to one.

But not everyone lives in a place like Oregon. Many folks across the country will have little to no access to reproductive health care if Roe v. Wade is overturned.

We've got to fight back.

These right-wing activists, empowered by GOP lawmakers, want to outlaw abortions, and this is the year they may succeed. They want to outlaw essential health care. Left unchecked, they will continue to pass these abhorrent laws and chip away at access to abortions.

Here's the good news: We can stop this, but it won't be easy. It's going to take a grassroots movement like we've never seen before.

Take the first step and sign the petition demanding that Congress protect the right to abortion health care in all 50 states.

We must show the Supreme Court and legislators around the country that the American public supports Roe v. Wade and abortions for all who need them.

More folks want to protect Roe v. Wade than want to tear it down. We need to organize! Let's make our voices heard. We won't go down without a fight.
