John,

We have seen and heard a lot from Democrats in Washington these past few weeks when it comes to President Trump, Ukraine, and impeachment. I want to set the record straight with you and let you know where I stand.

To me, when you drill down into the question that was asked of every witness, was there an impeachable moment, not a single one said yes.

Nothing has risen to that level of crimes necessary for Congress to impeach a president.

This entire process is just another symptom of a broken Washington. We have two sides, entrenched in their opinions with few people working for you, the American people.

We've got an election coming up in less than a year now. I will leave impeachment in the hands of the American people. They will be the final deciding factor on whether or not President Trump deserves a second term, not the radicals in the Democrat party running the show in the House.

President Trump is delivering on his promises. He has withdrawn the United States from the Paris Climate Agreement, stood up to China and their unfair trade practices, and is delivering jobs to Hoosiers across the state.

The impeachment sham is nothing more than a hoax and a distraction from a party that is out of touch with Americans and has run out of real ideas to solve our nation’s problems.

Over the next year, you will hear from me about what I think will solve our nation’s troubles. I will continue to fight for all Hoosiers as your senator. Delivering jobs and economic opportunities for you is my number one priority.
