Hi folks,

I wanted to write to you directly after Tuesday’s Primary Day — thanks to you and the support of this grassroots movement, Chris has secured the Democratic nomination to become the next governor of Arkansas!

This is huge, and a moment everyone on this team has been working so hard for. Now that we’ve reached this major milestone, we officially know who our Republican opponent will be, and it’s going to take the full strength of this grassroots movement to make history again this fall.

We know how much more there is to do. And Chris is already back to work campaigning and speaking with Arkansans about his vision for the state, because that’s the type of person he is, and that’s the type of governor he’ll be.

In fact, starting next week — we’re launching our Walk A Mile In Your Shoes Tour. Chris and our team will once again travel to all 75 counties and will walk side-by-side with Arkansans — one. mile. in. every. county. 

I wanted to take a moment to say thanks, from the bottom of our hearts. This campaign is nothing without the strength you and this grassroots coalition provide, and it’s important to Chris, me, and the rest of the team that we celebrate you and what you’ve meant to all of us. Here’s to more wins this summer and fall, and the big victory we’re looking for this November.
