It’s been quite a month — even for Senate standards — and our attention has been taken up by countless other things. Fundraising has been the last thing on our mind. But now, we’re facing the prospect of coming up short on our fundraising goal in an important midterm election year, and for the sake of our majority, we can’t let that happen.

When Republican candidates have a slow fundraising month, they just reach out to their big dollar donors or shady special interest groups to make up the difference — we don’t have that luxury. We rely on this people-powered movement to help us reach our goals, so we’re coming straight to you.
