Team, my name is Kris Mayes, and I am the Democratic nominee for Attorney General in Arizona.
My campaign has always been an important one, because here in Arizona, our current Attorney General is giving into election conspiracy nonsense and so is every single Republican trying to replace him.
But earlier this month, my campaign became even more crucial when we found out that the Supreme Court intends to overturn Roe v. Wade and send reproductive rights decisions back to the states. We know this will be terrible for Arizonans, and all six of my potential opponents are desperately trying to outdo each other by coming up with ways to restrict reproductive rights even more.
So let me be clear – Arizona will never prosecute anyone seeking an abortion or any licensed medical doctors or anyone providing licensed medical care, including abortion care, if I’m elected as Attorney General, period.
Team, it’s clear the fight for health care rights is coming to the states, making positions like Attorney General very, very important. Will you split a donation of $10 or more between my campaign and the Arizona Democratic Party to make sure Arizonans don’t live in fear of prosecution for their health care decisions?

Republicans have already put Arizonans’ health decisions in peril by passing a 15-week abortion ban, with no exceptions for rape or incest, modeled after the Mississippi law, earlier this year. An even older law banning abortions could go into effect once the Supreme Court’s decision is final.
If given the opportunity, I have no doubt the AZ GOP will target doctors and their patients for prosecution. We’ve already seen what this looks like in Texas, and we don’t need that here in Arizona.
Medical decisions are between doctors and their patients. As Arizona Attorney General, I’ll focus on real issues and stay out of doctor’s offices.
