In their last season, the Supreme Court has heard a variety of cases on issues ranging from abortion access to a high school coach praying on the football field to the limits of Second Amendment rights. The Supreme Court plays a significant role in our governing system by interpreting the constitutionality of laws. The Justices do not come to unanimous rulings and often disagree over the meaning and application of aspects of our governing document. The people, too, often disagree on various rulings, and it is important that they discuss and debate the court's interpretations.
