• Mark Stivers is the Director of Legislative and Regulatory Advocacy at the California Housing Partnership (CHPC) and brings two decades of experience working with government and nonprofit partners to push legislative and regulatory affordable housing solutions forward. 
   
• Joanne Karchmer is the Chief Impact Officer of All Home and offers over 20 years of experience in human services and public policy. Her most recent experience includes serving as Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Policy Advisor to Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf.
