On Tuesday, a shooter walked into an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, and murdered 19 school children and two teachers.

Headlines like this don't need to be the status quo. We DON'T have to ACCEPT THIS.

Congress has the ability to pass laws requiring universal background checks and banning assault rifles — common-sense laws that would prevent tragedies like this. AND THEY AREN'T DOING IT.
