Our Climate

Experts agree that we need to act now to avoid the most severe consequences of climate change, but an increasing number of Republicans in or running for office are climate-deniers who would rather line their own pockets with the money of special interest groups than vote for legislation that will protect our climate for future generations.

The Right to Vote

Your Democratic House Majority voted to pass legislation protecting and strengthening the right to vote numerous times over the last two years, only to have the legislation blocked by Senate Republicans. And in Republican-controlled states, legislators are chipping away at voting rights protections and making it more difficult to vote. We need federal legislation to strengthen this fundamental right.

National Security

Republicans are perpetuating harmful, divisive rhetoric and lies that are emboldening extremists to take violent action. At the same time, GOP lawmakers are trying to make it easier for radicalized individuals to get their hands on firearms. Our national security is at serious risk.

In short, there’s a lot at stake, John. And election analysts agree that we need to hold VA-02 if we want to hold the House and protect our reproductive rights, right to vote, and our national security. So, will you chip in $25 or more to help me hold my seat?
