Arlington’s Missing Middle Housing Study: Expanding Housing Choice has entered Phase 2, which examines a variety of housing types. Phase 2 includes a draft policy Framework and new opportunities for community engagement.
AHS encourages you to tell the County you support adding gentle density to our neighborhoods to re-legalize smaller housing units for our young professionals, smaller households, empty-nesters, and Black households historically excluded from much of Arlington. Provide your feedback on the specifics of the draft Framework by Friday, May 27, 2022.
