This week we likely lost 2000 Americans to drug addiction that is already illegal and which our government already has the legal authority to control.
The point is that having a law does not mean much of anything in America. We live in a country infested with illegal drugs, illegal drug dealers, illegal immigrants and corrupt government officials.
Making guns illegal means disarming millions of honest hard-working Americans who may need a gun to protect themselves against the criminals which our government makes no real effort to control.
Our children are 5000 times more likely to die from illegal drugs than in a school shooting. As Biden might say, “come on man”.
Drug addicts kill hundreds of Americans on our highways. Does that mean we should take all Americans’ cars?
If our government politicians were truly concerned about our children they would enforce the laws we have and not write anymore laws until they do.
