Demography Series: Global Solutions for a Sustainable Future

The fourth and final session of our Demography Series takes place on Wednesday, June 1st, at 3pm ET/12pm PT. This session will discuss how empowering women can facilitate development and ease environmental pressures made worse by climate change.
This concluding session posits that prioritizing women’s reproductive rights—especially universal access to voluntary family planning—is necessary for achieving more stable and sustainable communities. Join us to learn more!

Announcing: World of 7 Billion video contest winners!

Eighteen winners earned top spots in the 11th annual World of 7 Billion student video contest. More than 4,000 students in grades 6-12 from 48 countries and 45 U.S. states and territories participated in this year’s contest.
The 2021-2022 contest asked middle and high school students to submit a 60-second video about how population growth impacts one of the following global challenges:

urbanization
*
agriculture
and
food
