Patriot,

Campaign for Liberty Executive Director John
McCardell warned you in an email just yesterday about the dangers
of H.R. 350 -- the "Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act" -- and how
the Senate could move quickly on this bill.

Well, Democrat Majority Leader Chuck Schumer,
plans to file cloture on the bill today, meaning it could receive
a full vote any day now.

Is Schumer moving on this bill quickly and
without any committee activity in order to take advantage of the
tragic shooting in Texas yesterday?

Schumer is going to do his best to RAM H.R.
350 through the Senate. This bill will completely turn the
surveillance state inward and only target American citizens who
happen to not agree with the current administration.

And it comes on the heels of a news report
the FBI wiretapped and gathered personal information on over 3.3
million Americans without a warrant.

Patriot, H.R.350 is the start of the Patriot
Act 2.0!

This cannot be tolerated in a free society,
and we must take action NOW to stop it now.

Once again, a bill is given an
innocent-sounding name, but this bill will ensure the Deep State
continues to tap phones, read personal emails, and gain access to
social media accounts of those who disagree with the party in
power. And simply because they want to.

This bill runs roughshod over the U.S.
Constitution.

Take action now -- call both of your United
States Senators and demand they vote against cloture on H.R. 350
and vote NO on final passage.

Your senators can be reached through the
Capitol Switchboard at 202-224-3121. Call now and tell them it's
time for our government to stop spying on innocent Americans
under the pretext of "domestic terrorism." Demand they reject
H.R. 350.

Please call both of your U.S. Senators now.

For liberty,

Heather D.
