Hi team,

I hope you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving with your friends and family. Hopefully, the conversations about politics didn’t get too heated, and I hope you’ll stick around to hear me out about why I’m so thankful.

Sometimes I still can’t believe how lucky I am to spend each day fighting to elect the Black leaders I believe in. A younger me wouldn’t have believed that all of this was possible.

But it is possible. We have a grassroots team that I couldn’t be more proud of, we’ve elected Black candidates up and down the ballot -- many of them in some of the most conservative districts in the country -- and now I get the chance to do it all over again in 2020.

That’s why I’m emailing. Next week is Giving Tuesday, and we’re trying to hit our goal before the end-of-month deadline tomorrow. I know if we’re going to flip the Senate blue and elect the next Black wave, we need to reach our goal. Can we count on you to chip in? You can make your tax-deductible donation here.
