I’m running for Congress to defeat radical Republican Congressman Steve Chabot and FLIP Ohio’s First Congressional District for Democrats. We need 1,500 gifts before midnight to successfully fund my campaign and prove we have what it takes to compete. It would mean so much to me if you would be one of my very first donors. Can I count on your $15? It would mean so much to me to have your support. >> [link removed]
As we gear up to get on the ballot next week, I’m reminded of why I decided to run for Congress.
Growing up, my mom worked as a special education teacher where she fought to make sure each student had a chance to succeed.
She instilled in me the value of public service and inspired me to fight for those who often struggle the most.
I became a public school teacher and continued my mother’s legacy.
I would later go on to lead a non-profit dedicated to helping children succeed.
There I helped pass the Preschool Promise, which provides two years of quality universal preschool for Cincinnati's children, making us one of the first cities in the country to do so.
I believe all children deserve access to quality education and the right opportunities to thrive.
Now, I’m running for Congress to fight for even more families and children.
For far too long, I’ve watched my opponent, Congressman Chabot, use his position to benefit large donors instead of our families. I’m running to bring change to the people of this district that he’s left behind. But I need 1,000 supporters to rush $15 before midnight to build momentum for my campaign. Can I count on your $15? >> [link removed]
Greg announcing his campaign for Congress
I’m not under any illusions about how tough this race is going to be.
I’m up against Chabot -- quickly becoming one of the most radical Republicans in Congress.
But we’ve done hard things before.
I fought to keep thousands of children and families in their homes by passing comprehensive eviction prevention reform on Cincinnati City Council.
I fought to expand access to Medicaid as the Chair of Ohio’s Anti-Poverty Task Force.
I fought to improve infrastructure starting with Cincinnati's crumbling Western Hills Viaduct that serves as critical transit for 40,000 people every day.
And we’re not done yet.
I promise you this, I will fight for you every single day in Congress -- but right now, I need your help.
The truth is -- my Republican opponent Congressman Chabot is becoming one of the most radical members of Congress. He is only looking out for himself and special interests -- and frankly, has stopped serving the people of this district. I know we can flip this seat, but I can’t do it without your support. So I’m humbly asking you to rush $15 before midnight to make sure my campaign has unbeatable momentum. I can’t tell you how much it would mean to me to see your name as one of my very first donors. >> [link removed]
Thank you,

Greg Landsman is a former public school teacher and community leader running for Congress to fight for American children and families. His Republican opponent voted to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election and against desperately needed pandemic relief. After 25 years in Washington, he's left our community behind.
Greg has an unprecedented opportunity to unseat Steve Chabot, one of the most powerful -- and dangerous -- Republicans in Congress, and bring real change to the people of this district.
But he can’t do this alone. He’s relying on your support to flip this seat for Democrats. Will you chip in right away?
DONATE [[link removed]]We know we send you a lot of emails but that’s because this is our unprecedented chance to unseat one of the most dangerous Republicans in Congress, but Greg simply can’t compete against his opponent’s piles of cash without your help.
