The Supreme Court is out of touch with the vast majority of Americans. We’re seeing it now – not just in their outlandish rulings like the leaked opinion striking down Roe v. Wade , but in the misapplied legal reasoning they are using to rip rights away from Americans.

It’s time to expand the Supreme Court.

Republicans know that our bill to expand the court is a threat to their plans to bring about a strict, ultraconservative future, so they’re leveling all sorts of baseless allegations against the idea. That just proves that expanding the Supreme Court is an effective strategy to combat their right-wing agenda.

It’s also completely constitutional and has historical precedent. The number of justices on the court has changed six times throughout American history. Adding four associate justices now will empower the court to better manage the growing federal judiciary.
