It's critical for you and I to stand with Lacey and Marli for
religious liberty. So much is at stake.

Let me explain why.

"Woke" corporate cancel culture has struck again-and
this time, it's coming after people of faith in the workplace.

Take our clients Lacey Smith and Marli Brown.

Last week, First Liberty filed a religious discrimination lawsuit
against Alaska Airlines on behalf of these two flight attendants.

And the reason we had to file the lawsuit?

Alaska Airlines fired them because of their religious beliefs.

Unfortunately this type of discrimination is real, and it shows
how much power corporate elites wield over people of faith in the
workforce.

Employees are being "canceled"-not for
anything they've done, but for what they believe.

When Alaska Airlines declared on its company's internal message
board that as a corporation it was supporting passage of the
"Equality" Act, it invited employees to comment.

Acting on her sincerely held religious beliefs, Lacey responded by
asking, "As a company, do you think it's possible to
regulate morality?"

Marli Brown also asked, "Does Alaska support: endangering the
Church, encouraging suppression of religious freedom, obliterating
women rights and parental rights?"

Despite asking for this feedback, Alaska Airlines fired Lacey and
Marli for asking these questions that came from their Christian
beliefs.

Alaska Airlines has the right to support the proposed legislation. But
companies cannot open a forum for discussion, invite respectful
disagreement and then fire employees who express religious
perspectives. Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act expressly
protects religious employees from such discriminatory treatment.

But in today's cancel culture, corporate America is out to purge
anyone with a dissenting point of view.

By firing Lacey and Marli, Alaska Airlines has joined the ranks of
many other companies hostile to people of faith.

Thankfully, courageous Americans like Lacey and Marli are willing to
take a stand for our country's historic commitment to religious
freedom.

And now, you and I must stand with them at this critical moment. Which
is why I am asking for your best gift today.

Lacey and Marli want to strike a blow against corporate America,
holding them accountable so what happened to them does not happen to
you or someone in your family.

Since most victims of religious persecution don't have the money
to defend themselves, First Liberty defends them in court for free.
And we've been blessed with tremendous success winning over 90%
of all legal matters.

But there is an incredible cost to defending religious freedom.

That's why I'm asking you to stand together with Lacey and
Marli by donating to help us win this critical case.

Your gift can make a significant impact in winning this battle against
woke corporate America.

By defending the constitutional rights of Lacey and Marli, you are
also protecting your job and the jobs of people close to you.

I know that together, we can stand up to cancel culture and win the
day for religious freedom in America.
