Hi John,

As May comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on how far our campaign has come. Before I do, I’d like to ask: Can you chip in $10, $15, or more to my re-election campaign today? We’re looking to raise $8,500 by the end of the month, and donations from grassroots supporters like you go a long way in helping us reach our goals.

At the beginning of the month, I was honored to receive the delegates’ unanimous support, and I enthusiastically accepted the Democratic nomination for Connecticut’s Second District. It was exciting to meet with Democrats from across our district at the convention.

The past few weeks have also reminded us all of what is on the ballot this November. Republicans leaders like Mitch McConnell have made it clear that, if given the chance, they’ll pass a federal abortion ban. Amazingly, just last week, every single House Republican voted against two bills that will provide relief for families struggling to get infant formula.

If Washington Republicans take back the House this November, families here in eastern Connecticut and across the country will suffer. We already know their economic plan would raise taxes on Connecticut’s small businesses, and we can be sure that their agenda will also roll back all the progress House Democrats have made since President Biden took office.

There is so much at stake this election, and we need to show Washington Republicans that eastern Connecticut isn’t up for grabs. John, can you chip in just $10, $15, or more today to help my re-election campaign cross the finish line this November?
