Every candidate we’ve endorsed to date has won their primary, and we want today to be no different. Right now, voters are headed to the polls to vote for Jasmine Crockett (TX-30), Ruben Ramirez (TX-15), and Carolyn Bourdeaux (GA-07) in two vital 2022 battleground states – Texas and Georgia. Each of these candidates has a proven track record in public service. Now more than ever, we need elected officials who have experience in taking a pragmatic approach to governing. Here are the three on the ballot today:
- Jasmine Crockett (TX-30) is a former public defender and current state representative.
- Ruben Ramirez (TX-15) began as a high school teacher before volunteering to fight for our country by joining the army and earning a Bronze Star. Later, he became a deputy city attorney and prosecutor.
- Carolyn Bourdeaux (GA-07) is a former Senate policy aide, head of the Georgia Senate’s Budget and Evaluation Office, and current Congresswoman for GA-07.

Kevin McCarthy and the GOP are already lining up special interest Super PACs to pour dark money into these three districts. We need to be ready with candidates with backgrounds in public service who know how to win.
