Kansas Senate Republicans recently voted against a bill that would have saved lives by legalizing fentanyl test strips in Kansas, where they are currently illegal and are deemed "drug paraphernalia."

Since then, Senator Marshall, a doctor, hasn't worked to fix this public health issue here in Kansas. Instead, he visited the southern border as a part of a political stunt with several Kansas sheriffs.

 

Neither Senator Marshall nor the Republicans in the Kansas legislature know how to solve the issue of drug addiction in America, but Marshall is a DOCTOR-- it's time for him to look beyond politics and think about this issue from a medical standpoint.
