John,
Do you still think religious liberty is under assault in America today?

Here’s why I ask. . .
Today, my team was back in court on behalf of Rev. Patrick Mahoney, who for
over a year has been denied the right to host a prayer service on public
grounds outside the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C.
But what is equally concerning is that the U.S. Capitol Police are allowing
others to gather and host events on the same grounds.
You see, the U.S. Capitol Police Board made up a rule whereby they approve
permits for gatherings when members of Congress endorse the events and deny
permit applications when a member of Congress do not.
That’s right, they’ve given First Amendment superpowers to members of Congress…
…they’ve given AOC, Nancy Pelosi, and others the ability to grant—or
deny—Americans the right to pray outside the U.S. Capitol.
If you ask me, America needs prayer more today than ever before.
Today’s status conference was an important next step in the case, Rev. Mahoney
v. U.S. Capitol Police Board.
With your support, we’re not slowing down.
We’re moving forward with this fight not just for Rev. Mahoney’s sake… but for
yours, mine, and every American’s right to exercise their religious liberty.
And with so many of our basic freedoms and liberties under assault these days,
your input is invaluable to our efforts here at the Center for American Liberty.
So, do you still think religious liberty is under assault in America today?
