Among those subpoenaed are Kevin McCarthy, Jim Jordan, Mo Brooks, Andy Biggs, and Scott Perr. Their exact role in the deadly Jan. 6th insurrection is yet unclear, but that’s why they MUST cooperate – we can never let this happen again.
