Here's the good news: This August, the next cohort of fierce, authentic New American candidates and campaign leaders will come together in Washington, DC to learn how they can own their power, run winning campaigns, and shake up politics as usual at our immersive, 4-day Ready to Win training (the first one ✨in person✨ since 2019!). 

The best news? We think you could be one of them!

At Ready to Win, you will join either the Candidate Track if you are looking to run for office in the next one to two years or the Campaign Leadership Track, if you want to use your skills and experiences to fuel winning campaigns. In both tracks, you will have the chance to learn from experts on fundraising, messaging, community organizing, and so much more. But most importantly, you will gain a network of other bold, visionary New American leaders who are ready to change the face of leadership and ensure that our communities are heard and represented at every level of our democracy.

Members of our previous Ready to Win cohorts have run for office and won. Others have gone on to serve as campaign staff in local, state, and federal races. But regardless of their role, they helped change the conversation on who can and should lead, becoming the leaders our communities need.
