🌹 Ansley Mall Starbucks Flyering 🌹

The Starbucks workers at Ansley Mall have filed for a union and need your support! All over the country, Starbucks management is cracking down and engaging in illegal union busting tactics, so we've got to let the workers know that their local community supports a union "yes" vote.

Join us this Saturday May 28th from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM for a Starbucks Solidarity flyering. We'll flyer door to door to inform local residents about the unionizing efforts and build community support! We'll meet in the parking lot outside the Ansley Mill Starbucks (1544 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta GA 30324).

Wear red and bring a mask!

🍴 Douglas Debs Dinner 🍴

For 13 years, Atlanta DSA's Douglass-Debs dinner has brought together Atlanta’s progressive community to honor outstanding role models and leaders, celebrate our accomplishments during the past year, and enjoy an evening of comradeship.

This year, our keynote speaker will be AFL-CIO Southern Regional Director Charles Clark. We will host the 2022 Douglass-Debs Dinner in the IBEW hall on Pulliam Street in downtown Atlanta on Friday, June 3, 2022.

The dinner is a great opportunity to meet with other community activists and hear from inspiring speakers.  Tickets are $50, with reduced-cost tickets available for students and other low-income comrades. We look forward to seeing you there!
