Hey—I hate to be the one to bother you late on a Sunday night, but I also hate being the one to call Tim early on a Monday morning with bad news … so here we are.

Our finance director just called to say we’re about $3,150 short of our weekly fundraising goal. Do you think you could be one of the supporters who chips in and pulls us across the finish line so I don’t have to call Tim with the bad news? Please?

Look, I know hitting a weekly goal doesn’t sound like a big deal. But trust me, it is.

Falling behind on even the “smallest” of our fundraising targets can be a slippery slope—then how will anyone expect us to compete with the $80 million the GOP is spending to retake the Senate and elect JD Vance here in Ohio?

We’ll have to start pulling down ads, making tough staffing decisions, and scaling back our organizing operation. So yeah, it’s kind of a big deal.

But the good news is we’re only $3,150 short of our weekly goal. And I feel confident this grassroots team has our back. So, what do you say? Can you chip in any amount to help us hit our weekly fundraising goal?
