There is a disparity in philanthropy. Women and girls of color are among the most impacted by society's ills, yet their social justice organizing efforts are underfunded and their expertise is often overlooked.

Did you know that only 2 in 5 organizations led by women of color have funding from a public or private foundation, and 4.5 percent have no revenue at all?

That’s why we are relentless in our message: Any winning strategy must center those who are most impacted. When women and girls of color get the resources they need to organize and build social, economic, and political power we are all better off.
