Dear Friends and Family, Our campaign is in full swing to take the 3rd Congressional seat away from Lauren Boebert this November, a critical election for the future of our country. I wanted to take a moment and update my most loyal supporters, my friends and family, on the successes we’ve recently made: In the past two weeks we have generated quite a bit of momentum–We have tripled our Facebook followers, Instagram has grown by 50% and Twitter is building a strong following. We released this powerful web ad that has generated positive press in every corner of our district, with additional video ads coming out in the next few weeks: Adam's New Video Ads; Article on Adam in the Pueblo Chieftain; Radio piece from KVNF; Article on Adam in The Chronicle-News. We traveled over 2,000 miles across Southern and Western Colorado for our first tour, making 18 stops on the Beat Boebert BBQs tour, and are gearing up for a Beat Boebert Brewpubs Tour June 10-15th to gather even more support. We have been building name recognition and talking to voters about what really matters – access to healthcare, the Right to Choose, improving education, and tackling inflation. We have collected valuable endorsements from former CD-3 Democratic primary candidates Donald Valdez, Colin Wilhelm and Dr. Debby Burnett. The consistent message we are hearing from constituents is that Boebert NEEDS TO GO, for the well-being of this district for the good of the country. We need someone with mainstream views that can appeal to our diverse district. She is weak and going to lose! If you look at the numbers of the 2020 election results, while Marjorie Taylor Green won 75% of the vote, Lauren Boebert barely won with 51% of the vote and she did not even win her home county. While the district leans Republican, Lauren Boebert’s foundation – based upon fear and bigotry – is crumbling. The 3rd District of Colorado is composed of 25% Democrat, 31% Republican, and 43% Unaffiliated voters. The simple math says that the Democratic candidate in the general election this November must add non-Democrats to defeat Boebert. Given my strong mainstream Democratic values along with a lifelong focus on accomplishing goals in a consensus building manner, I am the only Democratic candidate that can build a coalition of Democrats, Unaffiliates, and reasonable Republicans needed to defeat Boebert this fall.
