I’m energized by the fight ahead of us. There is so much at stake. The Supreme Court is preparing to overturn 50 years of precedent and restrict abortion access across this country. We are in the most critical decade to address climate change and protect our communities on the frontlines of its impact. We need to fight for working Oregonians, protecting them on the job and putting more money in their pockets to take care of their families. And we need to tackle our housing crisis head on, get our neighbors off the streets and build enough affordable housing to meet the needs of our communities.
I know we can meet these challenges successfully together.
As we head into the November election, please know this: There is only one candidate running for governor who will stand up and fight to protect all Oregonians and move our state forward. We’ve got a lot of work ahead of us. We have people to house, a planet to save, and a better future to build. I’m running for governor because I believe in Oregon, and I’m ready to fight to make sure our state lives up to its potential.
