Yesterday, John, Republicans in VA-10 selected their nominee. Here are a few things you should know about my opponent for the general election:
-He's backed by Trump's former Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke, and Trump’s former doctor now-Congressman Ronny Jackson, who voted against certifying the 2020 election.
-He staunchly opposes reproductive freedom and said he was “thrilled” that Roe v. Wade would be overturned.
-He has pushed Donald Trump’s dangerous election conspiracy theories about the 2020 election.
My opponent will be a rubber stamp for the MAGA Republicans that opposed infrastructure investments, good-paying jobs, COVID-19 relief for small businesses and families, and capping the price of prescription drugs. The people of VA-10 can't afford that out-of-touch agenda.
But now that the matchup for November is set, Republicans will move fast to boost their nominee and attack me. We can't let them catch us off guard.
