The right to choose is on the ballot this November with elections for every level of government.
If the Supreme Court strikes down Roe v. Wade, as expected, we have a chance to restore the right to choose by cofidying it into federal law – but ONLY if we can elect a true pro-choice majority in the Senate and the House. However, if the anti-choice Far Right seizes control of Congress, we know they'll begin efforts to pass a national abortion BAN.
In the immediate aftermath of Roe being overturned, a patchwork of state and local laws will determine whether abortion care is criminalized or protected in jurisdictions across the country.
And, of course, if we want courts that protect Americans' fundamental rights instead of continuing to turn back the clock and take away freedoms, we can't let McConnell regain control the Senate as Majority Leader.
With so much at stake, and a radical Supreme Court seemingly ready to take a chainsaw to choice and so many other fundamental rights, we're ready to fight back and build a national movement to save our precious rights – but we need the feedback of our members and activists like you.

After anti-choice senators blocked the Women’s Health Protection Act from receiving a vote, the fight to protect access to abortion care and reproductive freedom, for the time being, turns to the states...
And the fight is far from over, as our movement looks for every tool at our disposal to reverse the extreme and barbaric attacks on reproductive freedom from far-right legislators (and judges).
