Last night, Governor Walz and I were honored to be endorsed for re-election by the Minnesota DFL. 

As a Native woman and mother, my mission is never to leave anyone behind, and I look forward to working alongside you in the coming months to keep Minnesota moving forward.

Moving forward means protecting access to abortion because abortion IS essential health care.

Moving forward means fully funding our schools so every child in every corner of the state gets the education they deserve.

Moving forward means protecting our LGBTQ+ youth, who already face higher risks of bullying and suicide.

Moving forward means doing right by Minnesota families by increasing access to affordable health care and childcare, passing paid family leave, and expanding affordable housing. 

After May 31, our fundraising numbers will be made public for the first time since Minnesota Republicans endorsed the most dangerous candidates they could’ve to lead their ticket.

When our report is published, it’s critical we leave no question that Minnesotans stand ready to reject the politics of division, fear, and extremism – because that’s not who we are.
